Warranty Policies

General Conditions

  • The machine’s serial number must be correctly registered with ServiceSport UK.
  • ServiceSport UK reserves the right to examine any part where replacement is claimed under warranty.
  • The warranty period applies only to the original purchaser from the date of purchase and is not transferable.
  • ServiceSport UK makes no other warranties except as stated here and expressly disclaims all warranties not stated in this warranty.
  • Neither ServiceSport UK nor its associates shall be responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
  • Manufacturer’s warranty automatically commences upon sale of the product to the end user.

The Purchase of Remanufactured Products

ServiceSport UK provides a full commercial warranty with all remanufactured products purchased directly from us. Full details of the warranty are:

  • Frame – 2-year limited warranty.
  • ServiceSport UK will repair or replace the frame of the equipment should it fail due to any defect in materials or workmanship within 2 years of the original purchase.
  • Mechanical components (of a non-wearing nature) – 2-year limited warranty.
  • ServiceSport UK will repair or replace any mechanical component should it fail due to any defect in materials or workmanship within 2 years of the original purchase.
  • Electrical components (of a non-wearing nature) – 2-year limited warranty.
  • ServiceSport UK will repair or replace any electrical component should it fail due to any defect in materials or workmanship within 2 years of the original purchase.
  • Labour cover – 2-years limited warranty.
  • ServiceSport UK will cover the labour cost of repairs required following the above components failing within 2 years of the original purchase.

General Exclusions

  • Damage due to neglect, abuse, incorrect assembly or use of the machine.
  • Damage due to misuse of the machine.
