Why add a treadmill to your fitness arsenal?
1 – Reduced impact on bones and joints
Every time you take a step on a hard surface such as the pavement, you’re sending the impact straight to your knees and hips. When walking it’s not noticeable, but if you spend a good chunk of your time each week jogging or running, you’re sending a lot of stress to your joints.
