How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery charges are calculated on the total weight and delivery address of your order. To see how much you would be charged, add the products you wish to quote into your basket, go to your cart (click here), and there will be a delivery calculator to the right of the page.

Where can you deliver?

Can I collect my order straight from your warehouse?
Yes, orders can be collected. Select the "Collection" option when the delivery options come up at checkout. Once checkout is complete, we will contact you within 2 working days to arrange a convenient collection date & time. Feel free to call us sooner if you need your order urgently. Please be aware if you are collecting Fitness Equipment that you take note of the delivery time on the product page, this will only shorten by a day or two for collection.
You are also more than welcome to come along and inspect equipment before you buy.
What are your office/warehouse opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm. We are closed on Bank Holidays.
Do you provide a delivery and installation service?
Yes, we have fully trained installation teams that operate nationally. The pricing of installation depends on what equipment has to be installed and the location of your facility. Call us on 08454 022 456 or click on the Live Chat button.
What are the accepted forms of payment?

My card details are not being accepted by your website?
Your card details may not be accepted for a number of reasons. Firstly double check that the digits you are typing in are correct. Next you’ll want to ensure that the card address we have for you is the address where the card is registered to. Finally if your card is registered with 3D secure then you’ll need to enter the correct password, if you do not know this password then you can follow the simple steps on screen to reset your password and continue. If none of these steps work then please call our sales team on 08454 022 456 and they will happily take you through the order process over the phone.
What is the default credit card?
You may have specified more than one credit card in your account information. The default credit card is the card that will be charged with the value of your order unless you select another credit card to be charged for this order.
Can I have more than one billing address?
No. You cannot have more than one billing address. You can however change your billing address by editing it.
What is a default shipping address?
You may have specified more than one shipping address in your account information. The default shipping address is the address to which your order will be shipped unless you select another shipping address for this order.
Can I have more than one shipping address?
Yes. You can specify as many shipping addresses as you want.
How can I add a shipping address to my address list?
To add a shipping address, click on Account Info. The details of your account are displayed. Click on the Add New Shipping Address button to add a new shipping address.
Can I delete an address from my address list?
No. You cannot delete any address but you could change it by editing it.
How do I make changes to an address in my list?
To edit an address, click on Account Info. The details of your account are displayed. Click on the Edit button below the address that has to be changed.
How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of an order, click on Order Status link. If you know your order number and the type of transaction (order, quotation or return orders) enter it and click on the submit button. To view multiple orders, enter the purchase order number if provided by you or select the display type from the drop-down list and specify the desired period. All the orders you have placed with us (both through the web and through other means) are listed. Click on the order number whose status you want to check. The order details are displayed along with the tracking numbers for the shipments made.
How do I cancel an order?

What are the benefits of registration?
As a registered customer, you become entitled to special discount schemes and promotional pricing offers. Registering also allow you to check out more quickly each additional time you shop with us.
Can I place an order without registering my account?
Before you place an order, you must register with us. We understand how valuable your time is and our registration has been designed to take up no more than a few minutes of your time. Once you have registered with us, you need not give your address and credit card details on future visits to our shop. This will save you the trouble of entering this information on every purchase you make with us.
What should I do if I forget my password?
If you are a registered user and have forgotten your password, go to the login page and simply type in your login name or your default Email address under “I am registered user but forgot my password” and click on submit. We will send your password to your default Email address.
How can I track my order?
When your order is sent out, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and an accompanying link taking you directly to the courier website to follow it's progress.
