Starting Salary: Up to £22k (depending on experience/skills)
This role involves travelling all over the UK to complete installation, removals and internal moves of gym equipment. The role is physically demanding and requires good manual handling skills. Key skills needed for this role is team work, clean full driving license, time keeping, good communication skills and customer service skills amongst others. There is times within this role where you will be required to stay away at nights and complete weekend work when required.
This is a customer facing role which requires a professional and friendly approach. Responsible for delivering and maintaining high standards within the delivery, installation, movement and extraction of fitness equipment. A pro-active approach on site to ensure installations are completed defect free where possible and customers’ expectations are exceeded. Good attention to detail is required to ensure all equipment is installed in accordance with company guidelines and all health and safety considerations are taking into account. A flexible approach to working hours in essential as this role will involve work at any time through the day and night, and also requires a 7 day working week commitment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To carry out installations, removal, moves of products within commercial environments, including unloading of delivery vehicles, movement of products into the site, testing, commissioning and cleaning of products, and obtaining customer ‘sign-off’ on completion of the installation.
- Travelling to customer sites all over the UK.
- Completing paperwork such as job sheets, van checklists and time sheets.
No formal qualifications are required, but a Mechanical and manual handling background would be advantageous.
Experience of installation of fitness equipment, or similar, would be advantageous. The person should possess a proactive and problem solving outlook, as well as an attitude for excellence. The person should lead by example and have a flexible approach to the workload in order to ensure all departmental and company requirements are carried out. The ability to confidently liaise with customers, contractors and other team members is required and a full, clean UK driving license would be advantageous.
Experience within this industry isn’t necessary although, experience with manual handling, working in teams, driving Luton box vans and a clean full driving license would be required.

A key sales role designed to maximize Service and Equipment sales to the UK designed to provide excellent customer service to your designated customers. This role is involved in overseeing customer sales requests and also take enquiries via telephone, web and email along with proactively supporting prospective and current customers to generate more service & equipment opportunities.
The job requires to be pro-active in their work. In order to be pro-active, they must utilize the management system and have a good knowledge of Excel to keep both the services renewals & equipment sales up to date.
Excellent communication skills are a must as it is important to be able to communicate positively and effectively with both colleagues and external customers. It is also important that the person is able to work in a fast paced environment due to the service levels we offer our customers.

This person should possess excellent attention to detail and be able to manage a busy workload which can change quickly through the day. Strong time management is required to ensure that all tasks – reactive and proactive can be fit in to the working day. Good interpersonal skills to ensure relationships with customers and colleagues can be built quickly so to give confidence to others.
