Designed with collaboration with strength and conditioning staff from Sheffield United, Chelsea FC Academy, Bolton Wanderers, Sale Sharks&RC Toulon, The Rack is a highly flexible Performance lift station designed to allow traditional compound movements as well as olympic lifts to be executed, coupled with options to integrate small equipment current in use.

The Rack not only allows great flexibility but centres all lifting activity in one area, requiring fewer conditioning staff to monitor the gym space.A basic system can be purchased with options to retrofit bolt on additional features including full lifting platforms at a later date if required.
