Be:Fit London, in association with The Telegraph, is the UK’s biggest women’s health and fitness festival. You can access hundreds of free fitness classes, free health consultations with doctors and nutritionists and huge discounts on fitness fashion and gear.
The UK’s largest cross-sector event bringing together the physical activity sector, academia, healthcare, policy makers, local authorities and performance experts to focus on an increasingly important and complex societal challenge – tackling physical inactivity. Hosted at the ExCel in London, the 2017 event featured 143 exhibitors, 209 speakers and 4,187 attendees.
This is a massive event held at the NEC in Birmingham, focused mainly on the worlds of strength, power and mass. It is open to both industry professionals and the public. The 2018 event promises to be the biggest yet as Body Power celebrates its tenth anniversary.
